We normally change most of our money at airports upon landing. But since my sister's friend said we should get it changed at the banks, my sister insisted that we do so. So we only changed a few dollars at Taiwan Taoyuan Internation Airport, so we can pay our bus ride to the city.
We stayed at Homeyhouse hotel, which is near the Xiaoshan Metro station. We couldn't find any money changers near the area, but we found a few banks nearby.

So here's my tip on changing your money. I suggest that you get your money changed at the airport, as soon as you land. The money changer at the airport either charges you a very small fee which you'll hardly feel in your pocket, and the exchange rate at the airport is still higher than that at the banks. The banks we both went to, have different exchange rates too. And I found out that the exchange rate at the airport, is higher than that of the banks,
